We've got the following wood in stock or available to order from our wood suppliers. If you can't find the look you'd like for your guitar, email us with the details and we'll source body or top wood to order.
NB These are one-off tops and bodies - to reserve a top or body, email us with the details and then send a wood deposit of £100 as part-payment towards the final cost of your guitar. Please note we can't reserve wood for you until we've received your wood deposit payment.

Most of the images on this page are photos of tops and body slabs which have been wiped with white spirit to simulate the colours after being coated with a clear oil or lacquer finish. Please note that these pictures are only an approximation of final colourings of wood and are probably about 90% accurate when compared to the wood in real life. The final colourings of the wood in your guitar will depend on the exact finish used (some yellow or deepen colours significantly) - and also remember that it's possible to apply finishes that reduce the yellowing effect of some oils or lacquers. Welsh Spalted Sycamore on Alder Body
Originally from a tree that grew in North Wales, we even have an image of the original tree before it was milled! A really unique guitar top with history glued to an Alder body. Suitable for an SC No 1 or No 2 or Flat-top T-Type​.

Okoume body
Flamed Okoume, shown as a solid SC but could suit T / DC as well. 1st gallery photo shows wood wiped with white spirit.

Ash, T
4-piece ash T body, already routed for cavities. 40mm thick, we can add front and back body contours as requested.
1st gallery photo shows wood wiped with white spirit. 2nd gallery photo shows bare wood - we can approach this lighter colour tone by finishing with a reduced-yellowing finish, or stain the wood darker.

English Walnut body, DC
A wonderful 2-piece body in English walnut (43mm) which would make an incredible DC

Alder, T
Highly figured 2-piece alder T body with stunning spiderweb end grain, already routed for cavities. 40mm thick, we can add front and back body contours as requested.
